Custom Aluminium Fabrication, Cut to Finished Assembly
From a single bracket to a welded structure, the right fabrication approach controls cost, strength and finish. P&A International engineers custom aluminium fabrication in all grades to roughly 55 mm plate, with cutting, bending, welding, machining and finishing designed and managed to your drawing.
As an engineering-led contract manufacturer founded as an engineering consultancy, we assign one dedicated engineer to your project, draw on large material stocks across the partner network for urgent deliveries, and provide free off-tool samples — every supplier ISO 9000 certified or better. We support both high-volume and one-off sample orders.

What we deliver

Sheet & plate fabrication
Laser and waterjet cutting, bending and rolling of aluminium sheet and plate to ~55 mm, in all common grades.

Welding & assembly
TIG and MIG welding of structures and enclosures, with hardware insertion and full assembly to finished product.

Machining & features
Post-fabrication CNC machining of holes, faces and threads to hit critical tolerances on fabricated parts.

Finishing & coating
Anodising (clear / colour / hard), powder coat, painting and bright dip for durable, cosmetic, corrosion-resistant parts.

Why engineers & buyers choose PA
For design engineers
A true design partner — one dedicated engineer, grade specification, weld-distortion and fixturing planning, and machining designed in. We take on the most challenging structures and characterise the part before volume.
For purchasing
Low-risk scalability — free off-tool samples before mass production, large material stocks for urgent deliveries, target-cost DFM, a single point of contact, and a vetted ISO 9000+ partner network. High-volume and one-off orders both welcome.
3 easy steps to get started
Send us your drawing
Share a drawing, DXF or sample with grade and quantity — or just the requirement. One dedicated engineer reviews it and specifies a suitable grade.
Proposed approach & quote
You receive a proposed fabrication approach and indicative pricing — typically within 48 hours — to review and refine together.
Samples & production
Free off-tool samples with quality-assessment reports. On approval, your parts are fabricated, finished, inspected and shipped through our partner network.
Applications
Enclosures & chassis · frames & structures · marine & transport · architectural · industrial equipment · energy & battery housings · signage & trim.

Planning your aluminium fabrication
A few early decisions shape every fabrication — sharing this detail lets us quote and prototype faster:
| Grade | 5052/5083 for corrosion and weldability; 6061/6082 for strength and machining; 1050 for forming and finish. |
| Cutting | Laser for thin/medium sheet and fine detail; waterjet for thick plate and heat-sensitive parts. |
| Welding | TIG for thin gauge and cosmetic seams; MIG for thicker sections and speed — flag visible seams. |
| Distortion | Aluminium moves with heat — fixturing and weld sequence matter; share flatness needs early. |
| Finish | Anodise needs anodise-grade alloy and clean welds; powder coat hides more and adds protection. |
What to send us for a fast, accurate quote
The more of this you can share, the quicker we can return a proposed design and price:
- A drawing, DXF/STEP model or a sample
- Aluminium grade if known (we can specify)
- Plate / sheet thickness and overall size
- Welding, machining and finish requirements
- Target cost and quantity (one-off or volume)
- Any delivery urgency — we hold large stocks
Not sure of the grade or process? Send what you have — specifying a suitable grade and method is part of what our engineer does.
