Procedure To Order Your Custom-Made Aluminum Extrusions
The die will be designed around the profile for the extrusion according to the intended use for the aluminium extrusion. Some design considerations, such as wall thickness, tolerances may need to be taken into account for your aluminium component. Your part drawings will be reviewed in house by PA International engineers. Off-tool samples will be provided to you after drawings are approved.

Our team of assemblers is specialize of mechanical and electronic assembly of your components into the metal extrusions we fabricate. We are experienced with a large variety of assembly from simple one or two part additions to complete complex cabinets and assemblies. Additional services also include but not limited to Powdercoating, Anodising, E-Coating, Fabrication including drilling, cutting, deburring, punching, and custom packaging.
