Everyone know what the sheet metal spot welding is. Many probably seen welding process in action and know how the spot welding looks and result it deliver.
It is a great high speed process to attach two sheets of metal together. The drawback of spotwelding is that it significantly effected welding area. This is a problem in some applications as designers have to hide welding spots via edge bending of stamped metal parts or by covering it.
Now how about if could spot weld parts to the sheet metalwork without leaving a marking from the spot welder? How many people wished...
