Everyone know what the sheet metal spot welding is. Many probably seen welding process in action and know how the spot welding looks and result it deliver.sheet metal spot welding

It is a great high speed process to attach two sheets of metal together. The drawback of spotwelding is that it significantly effected welding area. This is a problem in some applications as designers have to hide welding spots via edge bending of stamped metal parts or by covering it.

Now how about if could spot weld parts to the sheet metalwork without leaving a marking from the spot welder? How many people wished they had this option when considering design of the part? Well, this option is now available to our clients. We have refined our spotwelding process to the point that we can do welding and have absolutely mark free surface on the opposite side

Below image is  spotwelding of threaded female studs onto stainless steel sheet. Note that side opposite to welding have no markings. This sheet metal part was developed for a customer designing high end laptop computer.
